Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non refundable.
You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance of your session. You will need to reschedule each ticket individually. Please makes sure that you reschedule each ticket individually.
If you cannot make your session last minute it is helpful if you can let us know if you are no longer coming or if you have a friend who you can send in your place that is also no problem.

We ask everyone who is entering the play space to purchase a ticket. This included babies, children and adults.
